OG- Ojas Gambheera the most anticipated film of 2025 is releasing on 25/09 & TFI is already celebrating. We all know what Pawan Kalyan's films are to the TFI fans & the rage is real. Wanting to watch the legend PSPK in a never before ever Gangster role set in 90's is making the fans go bonkers, hence the hype. That too Pawan coming back after many flops is something to wait & see.

S. S. Thamman is on board to score the music continuously for 4th time for Pawan Kalyan & it's not surprise- how this man scores when it's Pawan Kalyan on screen. So all music fans & Power Star's fans are eagerly waiting for the magic. No delays let's fare the album & am back reviewing the audio albums after so many months- feeling excited.

01. Firestorm 👍

Vocalists: Silambarasan, Deepak Blue, Rajakumari & Chorus
Lyricists: Viswa, Mouli, Rajakumari & Vojjala
Rating: 4.5/5

Here's an amazing thumping song elevating the protagonist. Thamman known for such songs comes with a banger in his fourth collaboration with the legend PSPK. We know what fans are expecting from this film & the unit exactly knows very well what to deliver here in these situations, so is the song- super rocking.

Song heavy on electronic beats, guitars & loud- too loud chorus! It's an action sequence song or may be an introduction song, but the pulse of OG & his aura is evident. STR sings surprisingly in Telugu but sadly he's lost in the loud chorus. Rajakumari is here singing some English+Japaneese bits with absolute class, she brings in the goosebumps & chills with her OG rendition. Lyrics too stand out- despite the alien languages elevating the hero here, Mouli gets in some sensible Telugu phrases to make us realise that it's still a Telugu song " అలలిక కదలక భయపడేలే
I enjoyed it thoroughly, this cannot be any better than this. Waiting for the theatre watch- to see how they might have picturised this song.

02. Suvvi Suvvi

Vocalist: Sruthi Ranjani & Chorus
Lyricist: Kalyan Chakravarthy
Rating: 3.5/5

The second single is a breathtaking melody! Yes, a superb melody in a movie with gangster backdrop. Don't know if it really fits in so well with the context, but here's an amazing melody song for ages. The lyrical video also released with utmost quality & some stunning looks of Pawan Kalyan's chemistry with Priyanka Mohan - almost like seeing the vintage PK in his old lover boy style. Thamman the one- who never backs off any chance when he's to compose some feel good melodies - brings in another timeless melody that made me get a feeling like listening to some Raja sir's beautiful yesteryear mellifluous song.

Song is heavily driven by synths & string sections with a bang of sonorous flute. The Synth chords made me hit on "Kannathil Muthamittal"- the famous Rahman melody, but however still this song tries to be it's own. Though the repitative Thamman templates are evident - like the singer abruptly stops in between for the strings, and few rehash reference to his own songs, despite all this still this stands out. Kalyan Chakravarthy has written some safe lyrics, but not something extraordinary. Singing by Sruthi Ranjani is mediocre, her flawless vocals are damn good but felt that she missed giving expressions- it felt bland everywhere. An exception to the soulful music & tune- the vocalist & lyricist take away a point.

03. Trance of OMI

Vocalists: Harsha, Sruthi Ranjani, Pranathi, Sruthika, Prathyusha, Girija, Advitheeya Vojjala & Soujanya
Lyricist: Advitheeya Vojjala
Rating: 3/5

Here's the instrumental kind background song to the character Omi played by Emraan Hashmi in the film. It's kind of very new track to the Telugu audience & I can say that Thamman is just putting his blood in all the tracks to give his best. It's a fusion kind song with rehash of couple of tracks from the film itself - Hungry Cheetah, Guns & Roses & a dash of some haunting instrumentation. But I have a complaint with the too loud chorus. Otherwise the chords are so serene & haunting. Electronic guitars in the interludes weave some magic. All the vocalists do the best, they sounded as expected. Lyrics are more of English & Japaneese rather than Telugu, which is sad but still should see if that's really required in the film or is it a blind adaptation to Anirudh kind music. Otherwise a song that's really good.

04. Hungry Cheetah 👍

Male Vocalists: Sri Krishna, Pruthvi Chandra, Arun Kaundinya, Hemachandra, Hitesh, Sai Charan, Saketh & Raghuram
Voice Over: Pawan Kalyan & Arjun Das
Female Vocalists: Pratyusha, Advitheeya Vojjala, Pranathi, Nada Priya, Ramya Behra, Meghna, Saahithi, Harini, Sameera & Maneesha
Lyricist: Raghuram
Rating: 4/5

The powerful BGM that came alongside with the teaser 2 years ago & which just shook the entire social media & made this movie the most hyped from then is this one. All the vocalists from Telugu are here to song this small thumping song. This comes with a bazz & Arjun Das's voiceover alongside Pawan Kalyan's voice compliments. I don't have to say much, as you all know what it means to the fans & movie lovers. Song just sounds like a roar of a hungry cheetah.

05. Guns and Roses 👍

Vocalist: Harsha & Chorus
Lyricist: Rakendu Mouli, Harsha & Advitheeya Vojjala
Rating: 4.5/5

Here's another Indo-Western song for the fans in Thamman's template. It's clearly evident that this is not going to be that regular TFI m

ade or Indian origin gangster film but this is gonna bring in the essence of Japanese Yakuza or the James Bond kind feel. The song is a mixture of English & Telugu (Tenglish) but to fairly talk more of English, that's making me sad but it's ok- when films demand such context why should I judge even before the release. If not for that, this is a very well programmed song with damn good electronic instruments & hyper interludes. As the song progresses & towards the end we get glimpses from Firestorm & Hungry Cheetah leaving us awestruck right after the Telugu verses. Eagerly waiting for the film to see how they have placed or picturised all these experimental tracks.

And definitely this is ain't any normal Telugu song, a very rare composition. It starts, picks up, roars, slows down & again roars but still is on tracks. I loved the transition from Guns n Roses to the Telugu verses, extraordinarly made. As the Telugu verses begin goosebumps just roll on until spine- a superb elevation song in recent times. But overall, it's a decent song & all compliments to Thamman. Also compliments to Rakendu Mouli for those Telugu lyrics, due to the fast pace of song we cannot concentrate on lyrics - but in my opinion they are just top notch, what damn phrases are they!! My sadness of hearing to less Telugu in the song just vanished as I heard these phrases, thanks to him (Usage of words like  అకట, మేటి జ్యోత, కటారుల కవాతు, పిక్కటిల్లె రిక్కులంట etc just blew my mind).

06. Washi Yo Washi (Japanese)

Vocalist: Pawan Kalyan
Rating: 3.5/5

Here comes another quirky short musical piece with a dialogue twist, but in Japanese! And that too coming from the powerful Powerstar himself. This majestic voice that's entertaining the audience & fans of TFI with his own style & aura is again back in the town. Am surprised how Sujeeth convinced this subtle star to do all these out of box context. I dunno what he had planned for us in the film, but am pretty sure the fans are gonna get a damn high in the theatres. Thamman rocked the BGM here too, as usual Pawan Kalyan at his usual best with his superb style & swag- but this is too short & alien however, but let's wait & see what it has in the store.

Picks of the Album: Firestorm, Hungry Cheetah & Guns n Roses

OVERALL RATING: 8/10
