Here's a melody that will surely haunt & make listeners sway in bliss!! Raaja is Raaja any time, any genre. I dont' know from where is he getting all these tunes, but they are just awesome. He keeps proving to us that a change in generation will'nt affect him, he keeps composing tunes & he keeps updating himself to keep up the pace. I bet, there will'nt be any other contemporary music director who can cast magical spell over tunes like this!! If not for all these, this is a beautiful romantic melody with Kabilan making it absolutely poetic & Sid Sriram taking this song to a next level. His voice has all the magic & he just sounds ethereal here!! Raaja at helm with guitar & violin, will it sound less then a masterpiece?No way, he strikes gold with those simple instrumentation, that's his mark!! You keep us in awe every single time!!

This is all about yearning & pain. There is a haunting melancholy throughout the track & we all knew that Raaja is a adept in composing such genres & as too the expectations, he amalgamates sky & land with his shear brilliance.The way violin is used in the track brings goosebumps. He made sure that every listener broke down emotionally listening to this masterpiece. The wunderkind Sid Sriram, makes sure that his rendition touches the soul of listeners & his suits to tee for this genre. Kabilan like usual, had his way of writing lyrics, which resulted in sublime phrases.

03. Thaaimadiyil

This is a dark lullaby which upholds emotions in an idiosyncratic manner. Raaja gets all the ducks in row in his way of composing this typical woe track. That interlude with shehnayi brings in cold creeps. Mysskin is just vivid in his thoughts, he excels in miles ahead, every phrase was like a baluster. The phrase " தாயே என் தாயே உன் சேய்க்கு கருவில் கலந்திடுவேன்" surely does something to our hearts. Khailash Kher, is above all, he sounds eerie as asked by the director. I always told, Raaja selects the right singers for right songs. If everything is perfect, what else do we expect for? Thank you for everything.
