Like the world is undergoing a serious crisis, it's important that everyone is updated about the latest information about Covid-19 & take all the preventive measures. As, there is no antidote for this deadly disease, the only preventive measure is to stay safe, healthy & prevent ourselves from getting attacked by the virus.

Here are some preventive measures that scientists, doctors & WHO are suggesting every now & then to reduce the commotion & paranoia. So, here's my interpretation of those measures that everyone has to follow & to understand why we have to follow those measures:-
PREVENTIVE MEASURES:
1. Wash your hands frequently-
Make sure that you keep sanitizing your hands every now & then with a hand-wash liquid or a disinfectant soap.You need to wash your hands atleast 8-9 times a day to keep yourselves away from the virus attack. You can even use an alcohol based rub or sanitizer, in case if you cannot wash your hands. Frequently, apply moisturizers to hands to balance the water content in palms, as these rubs & washes may dry out the palms.
Usage of alcohol-rub should be minimized, this should be used only when there is no chance of washing your hands. Coz, a maximized use of this alcohol-rub likewise you might flay your palms, as sanitizers are made using high chemicals which might result in irritation, redness of palms too. Next, put these alcohol-rubs out of reach to all the home-makers & children as they might misuse them, like children & infants might swallow the liquid which results in serious health conditions like alcohol-poisoning, diarrhea etc & home-makers might use this before cooking & which inflame their hands. So, it's not only important to wash your hands frequently, but also to take enough measures in doing it in the right way.
2. Maintain social distancing-
It's really a matter of thought to maintain social-distancing to keep ourselves resistant to the deadly virus attack, coz, we aren't accustomed to all these things. It's a common tradition to hake hands when we meet someone whom we know, but it becomes really hard now to overcome such habits. But, there is no other go, to avoid this virus & keep ourselves safe. Everyone has to practice social-distancing , which means maintaining distance from person to person. The distance b/w two persons should always be greater than or equal to 1m/3ft. This prevents the virus from entering into our body, as the virus transmits through the droplets of sneeze or cough of an infected person. So, it's really important to maintain social-distancing.
3. Avoiding touching your face-
Hands which touch various objects in coarse of time might pick up viruses. Once contaminated might transmit them into your body through nose, mouth & eyes, which happens only when you touch your face. So, to avoid such actions it's important to clean your hands frequently & minimize the action of touching your face. As, it might not be possible always to control the action of hands, it's a cut above to wash your hands every now & then.
4. If your'e in a dubiety, seek medical support-
If you think that your'e affected by the virus, it's important to declare & isolate yourselves first. Infected persons, should seek medical support if needed, first guard the symptoms. If your'e in a dubiety that they are worsening then it's suggested to seek medical support. First thing don't get paranoid, virus cannot kill you at once. Observe the symptoms, isolate yourself, wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease, use sterilized objects, stay home.
5. Don't get excited-
Many of us have an anxiety about covid-19 & that's worsening the immunity of the body to fight the virus. So, it's fore-mostly important to stop worrying about the disease. If you think you are getting over-excited then stop watching news & work on your interests. Read a book, play music, stay calm, practice hygiene, offer prayers to almighty & exercise regularly. Stay at home as possible as you can. Dont' keep worrying about the disease.
6. Practice Quarantine-
Quarantine, is a method of staying isolated from society & world to avoid the spread of disease. Stay at homes, if your'e not pilled up with important works. Maintain hygiene, don't litter the surroundings, stay home & work on your hobbies. Don't keep niggling about the virus. Stay at home, stay healthy & stay safe.
7. Co-operate with the government-
If you are asked to go into self-quarantine by the government, then it's about your safety & welfare. So make sure that you don't add any trouble to the government. As a responsible citizens, if every person comes together & co-operates with the government then we can overcome this deadly disease.
8. Avoid touching everything-
Keep regulating the cation of your hands. As it is a known fact that virus survives on non-living objects too, so it is important to control the action of hands & use it only whenever required. Don't keep touching everything that comes in contact with your hands. If at all you have a habit of touching everything, just keep cleaning your hands. Maximize the use of left hand as you have to perform important functions with right like eating, cleaning your face etc & it's vice-versa to left handed people.
9. Sanitize your phones & other electronic gadgets-
It is a known fact that phone is one of the dirtiest objects that we have to handle in a day, so it is really important to clean this dangerous object too. As, you cannot clean mobiles or any other electronic gadgets that you use with water, so you can use a face-wipe or a smooth damp cloth to sanitize your gadgets. Make sure that you keep sanitizing your gadgets along with your hands or now-a-days you are provided with phone-soaps which send UV rays to clean your gadgets.
10. Usage of gloves & face-masks & Avoiding crowds-
Make sure that you use a glove when you happen to visit public places, so that you don't pick virus directly with your hands. Keep sterilizing the gloves after every single use. It is not a compulsion to use a face mask without being infected, only the infected & care-takers are suggested to wear a face mask. If you wear it without the infection, then there is a chance of picking up the virus when coming in contact with hands which already picked the virus or when the droplets of sneeze or saliva of infected person falls on the mask, so then you might infect yourself with usage of face mask without infection. If you don't wear a mask there is a chance of inhaling the droplets of infected persons which again results in contamination. So, it is important to wear a mask less often but strictly practice social distancing.
Minimize your visits to crowded places, maintain personal & social distancing. Carry an alcohol rub with you every time you happen to visit any public place, so you dont transmit the virus into your'e body.
11. Maintain respiratory hygiene-
It's important to cover your nose & mouth with your elbow when you sneeze or cough or instead use a medicated tissue & carefully dispose it off in a fully-covered dust bin only. So, this known as respiratory hygiene.
12. Stay healthy-
It's no where proven that a healthy person is less prone to the disease, but it's important to increase the immunity to fight against the deadly virus. So,take much of vitamin-c containing foods as well as observe vitamin-d from direct sunlight. So, resistance power is increased.
13. Don't believe or spread rumors-
Now-a-days social media is taking an active part in spreading any kind of news. So, don't simply fall in the trap reading any sort of article, just check in for facts before believing the rumors & don't spread such news too.
14. Motivate people in distress-
As everyone is using the weapon of social media it is important that you all understand & learn the facts first, then try to spread good things about the virus which might relive stress to the people who are unaware of situation or people in paranoia. Educate & keep sharing the preventive measures as much as possible to the people who are completely unaware of the situation.
