Telugu Padam (New Series Alert!)

 తెలుగు పదం 

ఇలా నిత్యయవ్వనంగా నడుస్తున్న మా ఈ "Next Octave Editzz Blog" కి ఒక కొత్త రూపం ఇయ్యటానికే ఈ చిన్ని ప్రయత్నం. తెలుగు పదం అన్న తెలుగు మాట అన్న తెలుగు భాష అన్న ఇతరులకు ఎంత గౌరవమే చెప్పనక్కర్లేదు. ఐతే అటువంటి తెలుగు భాష కి తెగులు పట్టటం తెలుగు మాటని పెడ చెవ్వున వెయ్యటం చూస్తూనే ఉన్నాం ఈ మధ్య , కావున ఆ తెలుగు మాట మన తెలుగు పాటలలో మన సాహితీ వేత్తలు అఖండ జ్యోతిగా వెలిగించి అగ్ర స్థాయిలో నిలిపిన సందర్భాలు ఎన్నో - ఆ సందర్భాలలో కొన్ని పాటలు ఎంపిక చేసుకొని ఆ పాట సాహిత్యం, విశ్లేషణ, దాని పరమార్ధం తెలుపుతూ అనుకూలించినత వరకు వాటి ఆంగ్ల అనువాదాలు కూడా మీ ముందుకు తీసుకురావాలి అన్నదే  ఈ ధారావాహిక ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశం. ఇది నాకు క్లిష్టమైన పని అయ్యినప్పటికీ మన తెలుగు భాష మీద గౌరవంతో ఈ కార్యానికి శ్రీకారం చూడఁతున్నాము. మీ అందరి ఆశీసులతో ఆ కళామ్మతల్లి దీవెనలతో ఈ ధారావాహికని ముందుకు తీసుకురావటం జరుగుతుంది. మీకు నచ్చు తుంది అనే అభిప్రాయంతో మీ ముందుకు మన "తెలుగు పదం" ! కాకపోతే ఈ తెలుగు పదం అనే ధారావాహికకి ఒక ప్రత్యేక సంచిక లేదా ఒక సమయానుగుణంతో ముందుకు తీసుకుపోవటం వంటివి జరగకపోవొచ్చు, నేను ఈ బ్లాగ్ లోనే ఇతరత్రా ధారావాహికలు, సంగీత విశ్లేషణలు రాయడంలో కొంచెం తీరిక లేకుండా ఉండడం బట్టి ఈ ధారావాహికకి అంత సమయం ఇయ్యటం కష్టమే ఐన కూడా నెలకు ఒక్క "తెలుగు పదం" సంచికనైనా మీ ముందు ఉంచటానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తాను.

Translation:

"Next Octave Editzz" is really enjoying the love & affection that you people shower in the form of mails & comments. So, we are really excited to bring in the next series of "Next Octave Editzz", i.e., "Telugu Padam". I personally feel that 'Telugu Language' being admired all over is least respected with the native speakers itself & that is really a curse. So, to bring in back those days where speaking or writing in Telugu was considered as boon, we are just reverting back all those amazing memories attached with this amazing language. In past, we had really great literates who literally helped in bringing in the legacy to the language, so here we are just selecting few amazing such works like- songs, poems, krithis etc., & then it will detailed point to point in Telugu, so that the contemporary gen understands the importance of such great works of the legendary writers. If there is a possibility, I'll even try to translate as much as content into English too- so that non- telugu speakers can also understand. This is my very small effort in bringing back the legacy to our language. I cannot assure you all that there would be chronology in pacing up with this series, coz A'm extremely busy writing various other series & reviews in this blog itself, so it is really a hectic for me to put in so much effort, but I'll try my best to bring in at least one article every month! Fingers crossed- hope this goes well with you all!
