'Rang De' is an upcoming Telugu film starring Nithin & Keerthy Suresh directed by Venky Atluri. The film's shooting was halted in March 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic taking over & later in September 2020 the shoot resumed & production activities followed from januaury 2021 & getting a release date of 26 March 2021.

Venky Atluri has replaced his usual music composer S. S. Thamman with Devi Sri Prasad for this film. Venky Atluri has always been keen on selecting music for his films & this film too had some reasonable tracks. Shreemani gets a solocard & he must be lucky for that. Ok then let's peep in!!

01. Emito Idhi

Rating: 3.5/5

First song of the film is absolute romantic tribute. One who is familiar with Venky Atluri's films would easily grasp the backdrop of this song. Though Devi made it bit more slow than the usual rhythm, the instrumentation really took the song to a different altitude. Song is brilliantly mastered, the percussions sounded damn good & tune too is in perfect sync, tune has got a Atluri-sh feeling!! Hope PC Shreeram's cinematography would make this song much more special. So, this is a sure recommendation!! 

02. Bus Standdee

Rating: 2/5

We have the routine stuff here!! Shreemani makes it much more boring, how many times audience have to yell at these directors, that we all are saturated with these sort of stuff, it is enough!! The chorus in the song sounded too cringe!! The tune is really boring! Sagar neither couldn't help the song.

03. Naa Kanulu

May be the best track in the album is here. For the first ever time Sid Sriram sings for DSP & can't we expect such euphoria at least. The tune is somewhat set in old school, but it cannot be any better! Shreemani has done a good job, now what we realize is, it is really important for the music composers or lyricist to get a great situation to give their best & this song is a proof! DSP literally showcased his prowess in composing this song, it is really filled with lot of exuberance & extravaganza which evokes ethereal feeling! The second interlude is my favorite, never heard such music recently! Like I have been telling, now-a-days nothing in the album can match if Sid Sriram is singing a song in that album, he is just awesome. Hope he continues to enthrall all of us with his sensational voice!!

This song is not even deserving to get a review at least!!! A big creep!! Before you listen to this cringe- it is 'Vomit Alert' !!

05. Rangule

As I keep telling these people (DSP & Shreemani) need good backdrop to produce good stuff, otherwise the songs like above ones are thrown on audience!! Leaving that creep apart, this song is damn good again! Shwetha Mohan, what a singer she is- she made me realize how competent she is!! Her voice had all the magic, she just took the entire song on her fingertips & rendered with all her heart & soul! Each time she sang 'Rangulee rangulee nuvvu pakkanunte rangulee'  my heart skipped a beat, how melodious she is, took a bow for her prolific rendition! I think she is so underrated, sad that we don't get to hear to her very often. Devi Sri & Shreemani had nothing to do, they had to just stand & watch what Shwetha is doing, she is too good, trust me. One more song that can be your loop from recent times!

06. Oorantha Vennala

Wow, one more amazing song from DSP!! This too is really blissful. Once again, here it is Mangli who took the entire responsibility in shaping the song's flavor. She sounded archaic, her voice had some soothing texture to induce that charm! The chorus singing "Om Ganeshaya Namaha' fitted perfectly! I think this is a melancholic song saying alot of things with no expression, cause Mangli has a voice which automatically speaks & she need not add any other expression. Though this is something that she hasn't sung before, she brings it with flying colors out! Overall, a neatly made song!
